Long descriptionICU Decoded is a bedside reference for acute medicine, written by Dr Javed Akhtar, an MD postgraduate trainee in Internal Medicine at Murshidabad Medical College & Hospital, and checked by a panel of practising doctors. It has three parts. ICU Decoded covers critical care in 92 chapters and 147 decision pathways, each cited to a named guideline. Ward Pathways lays out 120 internal medicine cases as the actual sequence of decisions: what to check first, what to order, when to escalate. Aladin Chirag has 50 bedside calculators and consoles for drug infusions, ventilation, fluids and electrolytes, CRRT, ECMO and temporary pacing. There are also 37 ICU scoring tools. It is built for residents, intensivists and critical care nurses, and works in any browser and on Android. None of the clinical content is sold: part of it is open to everyone, and the rest opens free with a referral from a member.

Every other chapter, pathway, case and calculator opens free with a referral code from any member, or by applying with a medical registration, which a person reads.

The paid plans — ₹123, ₹179 or ₹499 a month — add only the Ask AI assistant, prescription writing and a site with no advertising. They do not unlock any clinical content.
