Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete your ICU Decoded account (app package com.icudecoded.app) and the data linked to it.

Delete it yourself, in the app

  1. Open ICU Decoded and sign in.
  2. Open the menu and choose Sign out if you want to stop only on this device.
  3. To delete the account itself, send the request below — deletion is confirmed by email so nobody can delete your account without access to your inbox.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. No other details are needed.

Email a deletion request

Requests are actioned within 30 days. You will get a confirmation once it is done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Payment and invoice recordsKept only as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. These are held by our payment provider, not in the app.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel it first if one is running, or tell us in the same email and we will handle both.
